Montreal Impact V Vancouver Whitecaps

Montreal will face Vancouver in the Canadian Championship final after both teams won the second legs of their semi-finals.
Montreal Impact ran away with a 6-0 victory at Stade Saputo in the Amway Canadian Championship. The home side captured the two-leg semi-final series 6-2 on aggregate, giving them a place in the final.
Vancouver defeated Edmonton 2-0 on Wednesday to win their two-leg Amway Canadian Championship semi-final series 5-2 on aggregate bagging the second final place.
Vancouver head coach Martin Rennie

"We're happy to get to the final," said Vancouver head coach Martin Rennie. "Edmonton were organized and made it hard for us over the two games. It was a great shot and a fantastic goal by Corey Hertzog."
Montreal are still undefeated in six home games this season, including four wins and one tie, which must make them the favorite.
But don’t write Vancouver off just yet. The Whitecaps got their first win in eight games over LA Galaxy at the weekend and looked very comfortable. Captain Jay DeMerit is still on the injury list, so is midfielder/striker Omar Salgado.
Vancouver will travel to Montreal, to take on the Impact in the first leg of the tournament final on May 15, with the two sides returning to Vancouver for the second leg of the final two weeks later.
The winner of the final will be Canada’s representative in the next CONCACAF Champions League.
